Fremantle Ports and the WA Museum are seeking EOIs for the redevelopment and leasing of one of WA’s most iconic locations - heritage-listed 'A' Shed on Victoria Quay.

Fremantle Ports and the Western Australian Museum are seeking expressions of interest for the redevelopment and leasing of one of WA’s most iconic locations - heritage-listed 'A' Shed on Victoria Quay, facing the Fremantle Inner Harbour.

Situated alongside the award-winning WA Maritime Museum, A Shed has unique views of the working port, access to the historical wharf apron and enjoys a sunset/sunrise outlook through huge cargo doors.

The 2,255m² building features high open ceiling spaces and design details dating from the 1920s onwards.

The building is considered ideal for the development of a tourist and leisure-oriented venture of world quality,in a part of Fremantle emerging as an exciting and vibrant
people-oriented place.

Under the Fremantle Waterfront Masterplan, it is expected other exciting developments will
occur on Victoria Quay in the years ahead.
